How to make a rural firewood stove?
First of all, we must determine the position and height of the firewood stove, dig smoke exhaust holes in the wall (the opening position should be blocked with mortar), and build a chimney outside the house, which must be higher than the roof, otherwise the smoke will choke the house.
Then the furnace body is made of ordinary bricks, including the furnace door and the ash outlet. Next, the furnace cavity is built with refractory bricks, and the space between the furnace body and the furnace cavity is filled with broken sand (solid ones can prevent smoke from escaping, increase strength and prolong life).
Brick sand is used to protect the furnace and prepare for the construction of refractory mud; When the refractory mud on the furnace surface is constructed, it must be compacted. Tamp the refractory mud above the furnace with a pot, and make sure that the pot will be installed in this position later. Finally, use refractory mud to wipe the flat type.
After ensuring that the refractory mud has a certain strength, dig a flue and a fire stop ring in the circular pit of the pot pressure. Finally, the ceramic tile is attached to the surface of the stove, and the flue baffle of the stove is installed to temporarily stop the use of the stove.
The use of rural firewood stoves
In rural areas, wood stove is a very common cooking tool. It is made of mud and stone and can be used for cooking. The use of firewood stoves is simple, but it requires some skills and experience.
Get the fuel ready. In rural areas, firewood and straw are commonly used fuels. Wood can be used to make a fire, and straw can be used to keep the fire. Before using the firewood stove, prepare the fuel and put it by the stove.
Next, light the fire. There are many ways to ignite, such as matches, lighters or flints. Pay attention to safety when igniting, and don't let the flame be too large to avoid fire.
When the flame is lit, wait for a period of time to make the fire bigger and bigger. At this time, you can put the pot on the stove and start cooking. In the cooking process, it is necessary to constantly adjust the heat and maintain an appropriate temperature. If the fire is too big, the food will burn easily; If the fire is too small, the food will be undercooked.
When using firewood stoves, we should also pay attention to keeping the stoves clean. After cooking, clean the stove and pan in time to avoid leaving oil stains and food residues, which will affect the next use.
