What processes are needed for a company to go public

The following processes are required for a company to be listed:

1. Report;

2. Decision of the general meeting of shareholders applying for the listing;

3. Articles of Association;

4. Business License of the company;

5. Financial accounting reports of the company for the last three years or since its establishment as verified by the statutory verifying agency;

6. Legal Opinion letter and recommendation letter from the securities company;

7, the latest prospectus;

8, other documents required by the stock exchange.

The stock exchange shall arrange for the listing and trading of the stock within six months from the date of receipt of the above documents submitted by the issuer of the stock.

Company Law of the People's Republic of China

Article 6

To establish a company, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment in accordance with law. Where the conditions for establishment prescribed in this Law are met, it shall be registered by the company registration authority as a limited liability company or a joint-stock company, respectively; where the conditions for establishment prescribed in this Law are not met, it shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint-stock company.

Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be submitted for approval, the approval procedures shall be completed in accordance with the law before the registration of the company.

The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about company registration matters, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
