Selection of Toner for Wood Maintenance

Traditional toner colors are: white, black, red, orange and yellow. Five colors can be mixed into hundreds of colors. The texture of toner is divided into water-based toner, alkaline toner and acidic toner. Precautions for selecting toner texture:

Waterborne toner

Water-based toner is easy to fade, but it can achieve better results in maintenance, and the color is easier to approach the color of wood, so it doesn't look very abrupt.

Alkaline toner

Alkaline toner particles are coarse, which is not easy to cover the wound and is not conducive to maintenance.

Acid toner

Acidic toner is not easy to fade because of its high acidity, and can penetrate into wood. But it is not the use of acidic toner that can perfectly repair wood.

Identify the shape of toner particles

Usually carpenters also need to identify the shape of toner particles and the purpose of dissolution and color matching, so as to determine whether this toner is the most professional and suitable acid toner for wood maintenance.
