The specific amount of Fujian Science and Technology Major Contribution Award, Science and Technology Progress Award, Technological Invention Award and Natural Science Award is proposed by the Office of the Provincial Science and Technology Awards Committee and submitted to the provincial people's government for approval.

Awards, honors and bonuses for major contributions to science and technology shall be enjoyed by the winners. The awards of scientific and technological progress award, technological invention award and natural science award shall be enjoyed by the main completion unit and the main completion person of the project, and the bonus shall be shared by the main completion person according to the contribution. 7. The original Article 13 is changed to Article 12 and amended as: "Individuals or organizations that meet the requirements of Fujian Science and Technology Award may declare to the recommending organization or recommend it through referees.
