1. Different research fields: The problem areas involved in green supply chain management include three parts: supply chain management, environmental protection and resource optimization. Green supply chain not only includes the members within the traditional supply chain, but also includes the environmental system, the regulation of government and international organizations as well as the supply chain operation in its cultural environment, values and other factors.

2. Different benefits: Traditionally, the only goal of enterprises is to maximize economic benefits. Green supply chain management considers the unity of economic benefits, environmental protection and resource saving.
