How to break the midlife crisis?
First of all, I want to talk about the root causes of the crisis:
External reasons: the lack of early career planning, the current early vocational education focuses on examination, no early vocational education tells you to seek a career path that suits you, and most of them are practiced by yourself. When I woke up, I was old and young. I wanted to choose again and found myself exhausted.
Internal reasons: strive for the so-called sense of security in the early career and temporary high salary, ignoring the cultivation of internal ability, and at the same time being timid and afraid to take risks in the early stage, so the years have passed and you are still at the origin.
So, how should we solve the middle-aged crisis?
1. Cultivate core competitiveness: in your own work, tap your core competitiveness and become a management or industry expert.
2. Create new career possibilities: develop your own sideline, accumulate resources, contacts and brands, and continuously provide value without affecting your main business. Don't put all your bets on the main business.
Finally, as long as you implement the above steps and persevere, you can avoid the crisis of middle age, realize the transition of middle age and reach a new starting point.
