How is ginger brewed?
Jiang is a pure kaoliang spirit brewed by natural fermentation and distillation in the distillery affiliated to Chongqing Liquor Co., Ltd. On the basis of inheriting the traditional brewing technology of kaoliang spirit, Jiang Ji Distillery has developed a "simple brewing method": using a single sorghum planted in Jiangjin local soil as a single raw material, using Jiangjin local soft water for pure fermentation in Qingshi cellar, and inheriting the lean brewing and distillation technology of Baisha ancient town to enhance fragrance and remove impurities, so as to brew a pure kaoliang spirit with natural purity, elegant aroma, smooth entrance and sweet taste.
