The position of the top of the jack when changing the tire

As shown in the figure below, there is a bump on the ground next to the tire.

Jack refers to a light and small lifting equipment, which uses a rigid top lifting device as the working device and lifts heavy objects through a small stroke of the top bracket or the bottom bracket. Jack is mainly used in factories, mines, transportation and other departments as lifting and supporting work such as automobile repair. Its lightweight, sturdy, flexible and reliable structure allows one person to carry and operate.

How to change car tires;

1. Park the car on a level ground, near a safe place. Activate the warning light and pull down the parking brake. After confirming safety, put a triangle warning sign at an appropriate distance behind the car.

2. Remove the spare tire, tire wrench and jack.

3. First, loosen the wheel screws.

4. Then put the jack on the chassis bracket, slowly lift the car body to the tire just a little off the ground, and then remove the screws one by one obliquely.

5. Turn the jack again to lift the car body until the tire just leaves the ground, and make sure there is enough space for the pneumatic spare tire. Then remove the tire to be replaced and install the spare tire.

6. After installing the tire, make sure that the screw is in the correct position, and tighten the screw diagonally, but don't tighten it to the tightest position. Wait for the wheel to descend slowly, and then tighten the screws.
