How to Tie Death Penalty Binding
LEGAL ANALYSIS: The way in which a condemned person is tied up with a police rope is called death penalty tying. It is an important skill for the judicial police to exercise their power to carry out the death penalty. It restricts the activities of the upper body of the condemned person by binding his shoulders, arms and hands. One end of the rope is alive, and you can pull this end by hand, easily holding the condemned person to prevent him from escaping. A white cloth with the words "so-and-so, so-and-so criminal" can also be hung on this end for public display (for historical reasons) and for identification of the body.
Legal basis: "Chinese People's **** and State Criminal Law" Article 57 For criminals sentenced to death, life imprisonment, shall be deprived of political rights for life. When a suspended death sentence is commuted to a term of imprisonment or a life sentence is commuted to a term of imprisonment, the period of additional deprivation of political rights shall be changed to a period of not less than three years and not more than ten years.
