How to Tie Death Penalty Binding

LEGAL ANALYSIS: The way in which a condemned person is tied up with a police rope is called death penalty tying. Legal basis: "Chinese People's **** and State Criminal Law" Article 57 For criminals sentenced to death, life imprisonment, shall be deprived of political rights for life. When a suspended death sentence is commuted to a term of imprisonment or a life sentence is commuted to a term of imprisonment, the period of additional deprivation of political rights shall be changed to a period of not less than three years and not more than ten years.
