Great Harmony in the World was originally an ideal society advocated by Confucianism, which was the basic ideological framework of ancient China society. "The world" is an ancient expression of the world; "Great Harmony" comes from the Book of Rites, which means that there is no difference, no war, and it is the ultimate destination of "benevolence".

"Tianxia" is the expression of the ancient people's understanding and meaning of the world in China, and it is an organism representing geographical space, cultural psychology and order concept. As a geographical vocabulary, "Xia Tian" refers to everything under the sky.

"Tianxia", as the perceptual experience and intuitive imagination of the sages to the objective world, not only refers to the space field of "heaven and earth", but also regards "heaven and earth" as the basic framework of the world order, that is, the spatial order of "harmony between man and nature".

With the participation of "human", the "big four" in the "domain"-Tao, Heaven, Big and Man-are also big, forming all "worlds" including nature and humanized nature. "How to live in one place" is because heaven and earth are endowed with human will and emotion, and the meaning and legitimacy of the life world are constructed through "the sense of heaven and man".

The concept of "China" derived from this has both geographical and cultural significance, that is, through the image perception of "the country of the Central Plains", a "unified" national order is constructed with the "middle way" thinking.

Like the concept of "China", the "world" is open rather than closed in the sense of existence, developing rather than solidified in the sense of glory, and inclusive rather than exclusive in the sense of victory. As a field where people and everything exist, it is not only a physical space with four directions, but also a meaningful space where humanities and geography meet.
