Who knows the construction method of waterproof coiled material?

There are three different methods for cold construction of waterproofing membrane.

(1) cold hoof fat sticking method? Its practice is to use the cold asphalt binder prepared by the factory, without heating during construction, and directly apply and paste the linoleum. Scope of application: Three-felt and Four-oil (two-felt and three-oil) petroleum asphalt linoleum laminated pavement.

(2) Cold bonding method? Its practice is to bond the coil with the base layer with adhesive, and the coil is bonded with the coil without heating. Scope of application: synthetic polymer coiled material and polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

(3) Self-adhesive method? Its practice is to use self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, which does not need hot construction or coating adhesive materials, and directly adheres. Scope of application: self-adhesive synthetic polymer waterproofing membrane and polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane.

Waterproof coiled material and membrane waterproof construction common construction technology has the following three categories:

1, thermal construction technology

2, cold construction technology

3. Three methods of mechanical fixing technology.

Appropriate construction methods should be selected according to different design requirements, materials and specific conditions of the project.

A, thermal construction technology and methods are divided into three different situations:

(1) Juma hoof fat sticking method? Its practice is the traditional construction method, while pouring hot horseshoe fat, while rolling linoleum and spreading it layer by layer. Scope of application: petroleum asphalt felt, three felt and four oil (two felt and three oil) laminated pavement.

(2) hot melt method? This method uses hot melt adhesive at the bottom of hot melt waterproof coiled material with flame heater for bonding. Scope of application: Lap seam welding of thermoplastic synthetic polymer waterproofing membrane.

(3) Hot air welding: * * The method is: use a hot air welding gun to heat the lap seam of waterproof coiled material for lap seam bonding. Scope of application: Lap seam welding of thermoplastic synthetic polymer waterproofing membrane.

Second, there are two different situations of mechanical fixation.

(1) mechanical nailing? Its practice is to fix the waterproof layer of coiled material with galvanized steel or copper nails. Scope of application: mainly used for laying polymer modified asphalt coiled material on wood base.

(2) Burying method? Its practice is that most of the coiled materials are not bonded with the base, and pebbles are buried on them, but the lap joint is completely bonded with the surrounding area. The scope of application is used for empty paving method and inverted house.

Three, waterproof coiled material, coiled material waterproof construction matters needing attention:

A. Hot-melt waterproofing membrane can be constructed at the temperature of-10℃ under the condition that the material allows, and it is not affected by the seasons. Construction is not allowed in rainy and windy days.

B. The base should be dry, and individual wet parts of the base should be baked and dried with a flame spray gun before construction;

C. Hot-melt construction is easy to catch fire, so we must pay attention to safety, and there must be no other open flame operation on the construction site. If there are flammable equipment on the roof, care must be taken to avoid fire during construction;

D. In the process of construction, it is necessary to abide by the Technical Code for Safety of Construction and Installation Engineering issued by the State Council and other special provisions on safety and fire prevention;

E flame spray gun or gasoline blowtorch shall be kept and operated by designated personnel. The ignited flame spray gun is not allowed to point at people or pile up coils to avoid scalding or catching fire.
