8. Brush a layer of walnut oil (other edible oils are also acceptable) in a shallow dish to prevent sticking.

9. Use a scraper or hand to flatten the rice sugar and push it as tightly as possible.

10. After pressing, turn the popcorn candy on the panel upside down and cut it into small pieces with a serrated knife.
