Edit Storyline

With the wind and sun shining and summer coming, five young men, after much preparation, set out on a trip to the countryside in an RV with a motocross bike. After a journey into the bosom of nature, they continue to refuel and overnight rest, to a remote and dense jungle. Here they first encounter the seemingly desolate and abandoned gas station and the even more bizarre and even scary middle-aged man who appears at the gas station. Under the guidance of the strange man, the five young men arrive unsuspectingly at a seemingly quiet and isolated jungle hut. At first, the seemingly cozy hut, together with the jungle and the lake next to it, is a sight that makes the young men playful and intend to spend their unforgettable vacation here.

However, strange things begin to happen in and around the hut. Immediately after, in the increasingly bizarre and even horrifying events frequently come to the young people whose hormones continue to flare up. An atmosphere of horror gradually surrounds the seemingly small cabin in the woods. The young people seem to gradually realize that all the terrorist attacks and scary events they encountered seem to come from the planned manipulation of the people behind the scenes who have already set the stage. The terrifying female ghosts emerging from the tranquil lake, the ghosts crying and wailing from the depths of the hut, and the terrifying mechanisms emerging from the rugged mountain roads and dense forests, make the young people's several frantic escape plans fail time and time again. Gradually awakening after the panic, should they sit back and wait for death, or go all out to escape ......

Editorial Movie Highlights

By "The Cloverfield Files" screenwriter Drew Goddard, "The Cabin in the Woods," starring "Thor" Chris Hemsworth, recently revealed its latest trailer. Joining the cast of "The Cabin in the Woods" are Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford and Jess Williams.

'The Cabin in the Woods' Latest Stills

"The Cabin in the Woods," directed by "The Cloverfield Files" screenwriter Drew Goddard and starring "Thor's" Chris Hemsworth, recently revealed the film's latest stills. Joining the cast of "The Cabin in the Woods" are Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford and Jess Williams. The Cabin in the Woods has an April 13, 2012 release date.

'Doll Agent' star Amy Acker is alone in a treehouse in a close encounter with an unknown creature, ragged and bloodied as she tries to flee the scene with a terrified look on her face. Chills abound. Perhaps the film's title and stills give the impression that it's a cheesy plot, with another group of young people traveling and staying in a cabin in the middle of nowhere for a vacation, initially in a happy atmosphere, but eventually subjecting everyone to the ravages of a psychopath.

When that's not the case, the cabin has a "Panic Cube"-like mechanism, and the protagonists face not only psychopathic killers but also potentially horrific alien creatures, but we'll have to wait for the movie to be released to find out what's going on.

The latest clip from "The Cabin in the Woods"

A new clip from "The Cabin in the Woods" has been released on the eve of the movie's release, and it ends with a strange hand breaking down the door and appearing to try to get into the cabin, much to the horror of our heroes. The Cabin in the Woods is set for an April 13, 2012 release.

A scary cabin in a desolate place

On the eve of the release of "The Cabin in the Woods," the filmmakers have released another clip to catch everyone's attention! This time we see the main characters conferring in the cabin with panicked faces, but suddenly a strange hand reaches in! The clip comes to an abrupt end, and the filmmakers are trying to whet our appetites for the movie, so we'll have to look forward to its release to find out what the movie is all about!

The cabin in the woods is a highlight for the last appearance of the monster army, this monster hodgepodge basically a collection of most of the horror movies in the classic shape, let the audience feast their eyes.

Editorial Review

The film is the directorial debut of Drew Goddard, writer of the successful pseudo-documentary "The Cloverfield Files," and while it eschews the pseudo-documentary formula that he is known for, it is also slightly more original. An earlier tagline for the movie famously said, "If you think you know this story, think again!" I'm sure the ever-confident Gundam will bring some surprises to the movie. At first glance, the story of the film "Cabin in the Woods" seems to be a déjà vu, not much different from the Friday the 13th horror film of many years ago: a group of young people full of handsome men and women come to a desolate cabin for a vacation, but they discover what seems to be hidden in the depths of the forest, which then encounters a series of baptism of life and death. But through the existing footage we can understand, the movie writer and director boldly added high-tech and science fiction elements, so that the traditional horror film approach has a more fresh point of view and meaning. We just don't know what else Drew Gowda will do until we see the full movie.

In fact, the film was already on the drawing board more than two years ago, only to be shelved when the ill-fated MGM went into bankruptcy. Lionsgate, which has always been a big fan of horror films, enthusiastically took over the rights to the film, and eventually made it possible for "The Cabin in the Woods" to see the light of day. The name of Chris "Thor" Hemsworth in the starring role seems to have gotten fans even more excited. The blonde tough guy who made his name in "Cabin in the Woods" will surely add to the appeal of his old movie. In addition, the film's cast includes veteran actor Richard Jenkins, who has been active on the small screen for years, and the likes of Bradley Whitford and Jess Williams, who appeared in the "Summer of Jeans" series, respectively

Editing the film's production

Small-budget big production

At first glance at the plot, it's easy to see that this is a small-budget movie: a group of young people in the middle of nowhere to meet two seemingly ordinary middle-aged men, I did not expect, but this is the beginning of the nightmare ...... It seems to remind people of a bunch of horror stories that happened in the cabin in the deep forest. For example, "The Bones of the Dead", "Ghost Players" and so on. But from the information brought to us by the trailer, the hut seems to have a kind of weird mechanism similar to the "Panic Cube", so that the protagonists of the movie have a frightening journey. This reminds me of the small-budget movie "Panic Cube". I wonder if the small-budget movie "The Cabin in the Woods" will also give us a heart-stopping viewing experience. [

The latest TV promo for "The Cabin in the Woods" was recently re-exposed, and although the promo is only 30 seconds long, it's a half-minute rendering of the film's horror and thriller atmosphere. In the earlier teaser trailer, a lot of people thought that the plot of "The Cabin in the Woods" was old-fashioned and uninspired, but from the teaser trailer and promo trailer, I think it won't let fans down!

Besides Chris Hemsworth, the movie's cast also includes Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford, Jess Williams and others. The Cabin in the Woods will be released on April 13, 2012. I wonder if this film, which has little potential at the box office, will be able to take advantage of Thor's appeal to make a small fortune.

"Thor" Chris? Hemsworth starred in the horror comedy "Cabin in the Woods" opened in 2,811 U.S. theaters on Friday, with a single-house box office of $5,245 and an opening weekend box office of $14.73 million, ranking No. 3. The film's opening weekend box office was not as good as previous films such as "Saw" and "Human Skin Inn," but on the "list of the best horror comedies with the best box office opening "The Cabin in the Woods" also ranked No. 7 on the "Scream" series, "Ghostbusters 2" and "Zombieland". The studio didn't release the exact production cost of the movie, but looking at the lineup the cost shouldn't be too expensive.

The movie received praise from the media, with 40 outlets giving it an overall rating of 72, which is a decent score for a horror comedy. The San Francisco Chronicle, the Tampa Bay Times, both gave it a perfect 100.

The San Francisco Chronicle praised the director and writers for setting up 3 or 4 plot-twisting kinks throughout the story, which were quite brilliant. Variety, Movieline and others gave it a 90, with Variety calling "Cabin in the Woods" the best movie of its kind since "Scream.

The Chicago Reader, Rolling Stone and other media outlets gave it an 80 or higher, all of which were also complimentary.

However, The New York Times, The Village Voice, and The Hollywood Reporter thought the piece was only worth a 50, and The New York Post gave it a 38, saying it was the first time they'd seen someone copy "Truman's World" and "Scream" together into one movie.
