The content of the handbook "Labor
From a philosophical height, labor is a connotative integrator of subject, object and meaning.
Labor is the basis for the survival and development of human society, mainly refers to the process of producing material materials, usually refers to the human movement that can export the amount of labor or labor value to the outside world, and labor is the only means for human beings to maintain self-survival and self-development. According to the traditional theory of labor classification, labor can be divided into two categories: mental labor and manual labor.
Labor is a special form of human movement. In the commodity production system, labor is the expenditure and use of labor power.
Marx gives us this definition, "The use of labor power is labor itself. The buyer of labor consumes labor by having the seller of labor supply him with labor."
The three basic types of labor:
1. Physical labor:
Physical labor is human labor in which the labor of the muscles and bones of the human body is the primary labor, supplemented by the labor of the brain and other physiological systems.
2, mental labor:
Mental labor refers to the labor of the brain nervous system as the main labor, supplemented by the labor of other physiological systems of human labor.
3. Physiological labor:
Physiological labor refers to other forms of human labor besides physical and mental labor.
General human labor consists of a combination of mental labor, physical labor and physiological labor in different proportional relationships.
In the usual sense, mental labor refers to those composite labors in which mental labor is predominant, physical labor refers to those composite labors in which physical labor is predominant, and physiological labor refers to those composite labors in which physiological labor is predominant.
For example, the production process of population, although dominated by physiological force labor, is accompanied by a certain amount of physical and mental labor.
