Is it legal to blend liquor with edible alcohol?
There are two liquor standards and regulations:
1, GB/T 2082 1 liquor by liquid method
The base wine (or edible alcohol) made from starch and sugar through liquid saccharification, fermentation and distillation can be mixed with fermented grains or flavored with food additives.
2.GB/T 20822 solid-liquid liquor
Liquor blended with solid liquor (not less than 30%) and liquid liquor.
Enterprises with liquor production licenses can produce liquor according to these two standards. Liquor has experienced a tortuous development process. At present, a set of relatively complete production technology has been summarized for new technology liquor, in which the purity and technical level of edible alcohol have reached the world leading level, and the quality of blended liquor has also entered a new stage. Compared with traditional liquor, the new technology liquor greatly saves the grain for brewing. There are almost no higher fatty acid esters and macromolecules in specially processed high-purity edible alcohol. Therefore, in the process of liquor production, the scientific and rational use of edible alcohol will not only do no harm to human body, but will improve the healthy components of liquor.
