The main reason is that the marketization of China's tourism service industry is not high enough, and the competition is not sufficient and thorough.

For example, the taxi industry in Shanghai was originally monopolized by state-owned companies, and the vehicles could not meet the demand at all, which led drivers to increase prices, detour, tip and refuse to carry.

Later, bold reforms were carried out, and a large number of taxi companies were established and a large number of vehicles were put in. Drivers can't achieve their goals if they don't work hard every day 16 hours, and a strict supervision and complaint punishment system has been established.
