Is the elder sister my brother's elder?

Brothers and sisters are not elders. However, China's traditional customs have always been orderly. Except for my father's big brother, my sister is like a mother. It means that at home, when my father is away, my brother is in charge and my sister is like my mother. Brothers and sisters should respect their brothers and sisters. Generally, older people can call younger ones, and they can help parents discipline younger brothers and sisters. The younger one can't be called by big name, but must be called brother, sister-in-law, elder sister, or elder sister and second sister. Brothers and sisters should not disrespect their brothers and sisters.
