What kind of intangible project is low sound and loud sound?
A low voice and a high voice, loud and clear, describe the shape and sound of diabolo. Diabolo was originally a folk game, and later became a traditional acrobatic project. Diabolo has a long history in China. In the book "A Brief Introduction to the Scenery of Imperial Capital in Ming Dynasty", the playing method and making method of diabolo are described, and the Ming Dingling Mausoleum also has unearthed cultural relics as evidence. On May 20th, 2006, Diabolo was approved to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
Diabolo is mostly made of bamboo and wood, hence the name. When diabolo is shaken, the string is wound on the wooden shaft with a bamboo stick, and the sound is rotated in the air by pulling and shaking. 20 19, 1 1, the list of national intangible cultural heritage representative project protection units was announced, and Beijing Xicheng District Guangnei Diabolo Culture and Art Troupe obtained the qualification of diabolo project protection unit.
Specific measures to protect intangible assets:
1. Establish intangible heritage database and make protection plan: conduct a comprehensive survey and registration of intangible heritage resources, establish intangible heritage database and carry out digital protection. The database can record the history, inheritance and skills of intangible cultural heritage, and provide basic data support for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
According to the census results and market demand, the intangible heritage protection plan is formulated, and the distribution, characteristics, value and protection focus of intangible heritage resources are defined. Planning should include specific measures for the inheritance, development, promotion and utilization of intangible cultural heritage.
2. Strengthen the cultivation of inheritors and protect the cultural and ecological environment: establish a list of non-genetic inheritors, support and fund inheritors, and provide a platform for skill inheritance, promotion and display.
At the same time, strengthen the inheritance and education of intangible skills and cultivate a new generation of inheritors. The emergence and development of intangible cultural heritage is closely related to its cultural ecological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the cultural and ecological environment of non-legacy projects, including related folk culture, traditional crafts and historical buildings.
3. Promotion of non-legacy projects: By holding exhibitions, performances, cultural festivals and other forms of publicity activities, non-legacy projects will be brought to the market and the public's awareness and attention on non-legacy projects will be improved. At the same time, we can combine non-legacy projects with tourism, develop non-legacy tourism routes and products, and attract more tourists to understand and experience non-legacy culture.
