What are the two technical rules involved in skiing competition?

Cross-country skiing competition involves two technical rules, namely traditional technique and freestyle technique.

Freestyle skiing is a snow sport in a special ski resort by using snowboarding and skiing poles as tools and completing a series of prescribed and optional actions. It is bred and developed on the basis of alpine skiing, and consists of three independent projects: aerial skills, snow skills and snow ballet.

Ski preparation knowledge

1. Pay close attention to local climate and weather changes in time to prevent sudden weather changes.

2. When you first arrive at the ski resort, you must first have a general understanding of the ski resort. You should carefully understand the height, slope, length, width and surrounding conditions of the ski resort, and choose the corresponding slide according to your skiing level. Be familiar with Map- 1 ski resort facilities, the rescue situation after the accident, and strictly abide by the relevant safety management regulations of ski resorts. Pay attention to the opening hours of the ropeway, and don't sit when no one is watching.

3. When skiing for the first time, we should pay attention to step by step and do what we can. During the training, you should obey the arrangement and command of the coach and ski resort staff. When you don't reach a certain level, don't go skiing in a ski resort with technical requirements without authorization to avoid accidents.
