7. Pour the stirred cake paste into the mold and put it neatly on the baking tray.

8. Preheat the oven, put the cake in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 180.

2. Precautions for making cakes in the oven:

1, oven preheating

Before baking any food, the oven needs to be preheated to the specified temperature to meet the baking time in the recipe. It takes about 10 minutes to preheat the oven. If it is insufficient, the specified temperature may not be reached. If the preheating time of the oven is too long, it may also affect the service life of the oven.

2. Baking height

To bake things in a small oven, basically you just need to put the food in, but a medium-sized oven generally contains three layers of height to choose from. As long as the temperature of fire and water is not specified in the recipe, the baking tray can be placed in the middle layer. If the upper fire temperature is high and the lower fire temperature is low, unless the upper and lower fire temperatures of the oven can be adjusted separately, it is generally that the upper and lower fire temperatures are added and divided by two, and then the baking tray can be placed on the upper layer, but always pay attention to whether the surface is burnt.

3. Handling when food is burnt.

Small ovens burn easily. At this time, you can cover the food with a layer of aluminum foil, or open the oven door slightly to dissipate heat. Because the medium-sized oven has enough space, the temperature can be controlled, unless the temperature is too high, too close to the fire or baked for too long, it will not be so burnt.

4. Treatment of uneven furnace temperature

Although the medium-sized oven can control the temperature, it is still difficult to compare with the professional big oven. Take making Chinese and western snacks as an example. Because the temperature of the medium-sized oven is not as stable as that of the professional large oven, we must pay more attention to the change of temperature when baking, and we must turn or cool the snacks at the right time to avoid uneven expansion height on both sides of the cake or bread, or some biscuits are too many and some are not ripe.

Step 5 avoid burns

In addition to the high temperature inside the heated oven, the shell and glass door are also very hot, so when opening or closing the oven door, it is best to wear insulating gloves to avoid being scalded by the glass door.
