(1) A brand with a trademark registration certificate (R mark) may apply for the category of goods approved for use on its trademark registration certificate;

(2) Brands (TM trademarks) holding the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration Applications are not allowed to operate across Tmall. Under the same category, you can apply for the category of Tmall according to the corresponding trademark registration acceptance notice.
