I learned to make French fries.

It's time to cut the potatoes. The potato slipped in my hand like a naughty child. My mother saw that I almost cut my hand, so she cut potatoes for me. I put the cut potatoes into the pot and put a spoonful of salt according to my mother's instructions. The French fries were fried, but they were burnt. I began to do it in the same way as before. This time I learned my lesson and turned down the fire a little. I'll wait until the oil is hot before putting down the shredded potatoes. "Quick, quick, turn it over with a shovel." Mom reminded me. I quickly picked up the shovel and turned it over a few times. The shredded potatoes changed color and became bigger in the oil pan. I didn't put salt in this time. Put it in the bowl.

After I gave it to my mother, my mother said, "This time it's much better." I gave some to my brother, who said, "Delicious." I ate a little by myself. It's fragrant, crisp and delicious. I thought: I can make my own French fries in the future.
