How to find lanterns

The steps of making handmade lanterns are as follows:

Material preparation: drawing paper, scissors, stapler, white latex or glue stick.

Operating steps:

1. Fold the red paper horizontally.

2. Use safety scissors to cut the red paper at the same distance from the crease.

3. Fold a small part of the yellow drawing paper in half horizontally and tear it off.

4. The remaining drawing paper is rolled up along the long side.

5. Fix the opening with a stapler. In order to facilitate the operation of children, the stapler in this step can also be replaced with white latex or glue stick.

6. Coat the two long sides of the cut red drawing paper with white latex.

7. As shown in the figure below, wind it around the yellow straight pipe.

8. Paste the slender red paper strips into lantern handles and make colored paper lanterns.
