What is the principle of dephosphorization with salt for vegetable oil?
The present invention relates to a physical adsorption dephosphorization agent for vegetable oil, which is formed by mixing and stirring clay with high montmorillonite content, silicate, citric acid and filter aid. According to the characteristic that clay with high montmorillonite content has strong adsorption capacity for phospholipids, the invention does not need hydration, and only needs to add dephosphorizing agent into crude oil in proportion, stir for 10- 15 minutes, and then filter to obtain ideal dephosphorized oil. For crude oil that does not need deacidification, dephosphorization is refined oil (national standard level 4 or above). The invention has the advantages of high refining rate, power saving, steam saving, labor saving, no oil residue and no sewage discharge, and is a long-awaited energy saving, synergistic and environmental protection product for various plant oil plants.
