What are the main components of a notebook computer?

The main components of the desktop computer host are:

1.CPU (Central Processing Unit) is one of the main equipment of the computer and the core component of the computer. It mainly consists of three parts: arithmetic unit, controller and register. The controller is responsible for sending out the information needed for each instruction of the cpu, and the register is used to save some temporary files for operation or instruction, which can ensure higher speed. 2. Motherboard. It is installed in the chassis and is one of the most basic and important components of the electronic computer. The motherboard is generally a rectangular circuit board, on which the main circuit system of the computer is installed, generally including BIOS chip, I/O control chip, keyboard and panel control switch interface, indicator light connector, expansion slot, motherboard and plug-in DC power connector. Another feature of the motherboard is the open structure.

4. Graphics card. Graphics cards are also called graphics cards, video adapters, graphics cards, graphics adapters and display cards. It is the "bridge" between the host and the monitor, controls the graphic output of the computer, and is responsible for processing the image data sent by the CPU into a format that the monitor can recognize, and then sending it to the monitor to form an image. 5. Memory memory is used to temporarily store the operating data in CPU and the data exchanged with external memory such as hard disk. Simply put, memory is the place where programs and data are temporarily stored.

6. Host power supply. Computer power supply is a device that converts 220V alternating current into direct current, which is specially used to supply power for computer accessories such as motherboard, driver and graphics card. It is the power hub of computer parts and an important part of computer. At present, most PC power supplies are switching power supplies.

7. optical drive. The CD-ROM drive is mainly used to read the contents of the CD and transmit them to the computer. At present, because there are not many scenes where CD files are used, many computers have cancelled their optical drives.

External equipment: monitor, mouse, keyboard.

8. 1 display. Used to output the image processed by the host. It is usually a screen, which can be understood as the function of displaying images.

8.2 Keyboard. Keyboard is the most commonly used and main input device. You can input English letters, numbers, punctuation marks, etc. to the computer through the keyboard, thus sending commands and inputting data to the computer.
