On the morning of September 27th, the launching ceremony of the first batch of cooperation projects for transforming shanty towns with social capital introduced by Yinhai District Government of Beihai City was successfully held. It is understood that in recent years, Yinhai District has always regarded shantytown renovation as a key livelihood project, constantly increased cooperation in shed renovation projects, fully carried out land acquisition and demolition work in urban villages, and solidly and effectively grasped the construction of shantytown renovation projects, and achieved remarkable results.

The first batch of shantytown renovation cooperation projects introduced by Yinhai District Government include the shantytown renovation project in Shangxiajiangwei Village, the shantytown renovation project in Laohu Village and the shantytown renovation project in Nanluowan Folk Village. The resettlement areas of the three projects will aim at the living standard of 2 1 century, and be built into civilized and well-off urban houses, which will form three functions: residents' resettlement, overall utilization of land and promotion of land use value, and inject strong impetus into the economic and social development of Yinhai District.

Dahu Village and Little Tiger Village Resettlement Area

The resettlement areas of Dahu Village and Little Tiger Village are located in the south of Gold Coast Avenue, north of Meijing Road, east of Yunnan Road and west of Jinchun Road. Nanqiaowan Folk Village shantytown is a "Beihai Nanqiaofeng Holiday Town" signed by Guangxi Qinsheng Investment Co., Ltd. with Yinhai District Government of Beihai City before.

Beihai Nanqiao Holiday City has a planned total land area of about 689 mu and a planned total investment of 4.3 billion yuan. It is positioned as a Tujia cultural holiday town with multiple functions of eating, drinking, living, playing, enjoying and shopping, and strives to build an international coastal tourist destination with the most traditional cultural characteristics, as well as an ecological leisure high-end livable area with complete supporting functions. The master plan of the first phase of the project includes Nanshu Style Commercial Street, Nanshu Style Cultural Park, Nanshu Style B&B Area, Mid-Levels Scenic Campus, five-star hotel, serviced apartment, theme shopping park and high-end leisure residential area.
