1, Coconut chicken noodles

Coconut chicken noodles are usually made with chicken broth, simmered in coconut milk and seasoned with fish sauce, sliced red onion, chili powder, and lime juice, while the noodles are made with elastic egg noodles. When it comes out of the oven, it's served with a mound of fried noodles or other fried items on top of the original soup noodles and chicken, or fish balls if you're feeling extravagant.

2. Rice noodles in fish broth

Vietnamese rice noodles are usually served in a beef broth, while Mihinga is often served in a fish broth, with most of the rice noodles being thin and fine.

3. Tea Leaf Salad

The tea leaf salad is known as Myanmar's national dish, but because of its strange ingredients and appearance, many travelers stay away from it and call it "dark cuisine".
