1, Nianpi: Nianpi is a popular traditional pasta in northwest China, which is a bit like cold rice noodles. Handmade noodles are the most exquisite side dish and the staple food in braised mutton, which is the most delicious with soup.
4. Sanpaotai: Sanpaotai is named after its tea set consists of three parts: tea cover, tea bowl and saucer. Also called "scraping the bowl". 5. Barbecue skewers: Lanzhou people operate various shops selling mutton skewers and roast lamb tenderloin, collectively known as "XXX barbecue". Unlike mutton skewers in Xinjiang, the meat in Lanzhou is very small, even flaky, soft and delicious, and a piece of fat meat is added in the middle of each skewer, which is not greasy at all.
