How do quail eggs hatch?

1, natural incubation method

You can hatch 30-40 eggs at a time. When incubating eggs with hens, you should choose hens of moderate size. You can also use pigeons to hatch 6-8 eggs at a time. After the pigeons lay eggs, they can take out the pigeon eggs and put quail eggs. 2, electric blanket incubation method

A layer of cotton wool is laid under the electric blanket, a layer of cotton blanket is covered on the blanket, and a 5 cm square wooden stick is laid on it. Put the eggs on a wooden stick, cover them with a quilt, use electric heating, check the temperature every 30 minutes, and control the incubation temperature through the switch of the electric blanket, turning over the eggs, covering the thickness of the quilt, etc.

3. Fire-resistant incubation method

Hatching with a kang is more suitable for the northern region, and the method is similar to that of an electric blanket.

4, hot water tank incubation method

Hot water tank incubation needs water tank, aluminum plate, quilt, etc. Put the eggs in a small net bag and keep the water tank warm with cotton wool. The water tank is filled with warm water of 50-70 degrees Celsius, and the amount of water should not touch the bottom of the aluminum plate. Put the aluminum plate on the water tank and cover it with a quilt. When it just hatches, the temperature in the tank is slightly higher, and you can turn the eggs several times. After the egg temperature is consistent, you can turn the egg every 4-6 hours and change the water in the tank 1-2 times a day. When incubating, you can put a thermometer in the aluminum plate to keep track of the temperature change.

5, machine incubation method

There are many kinds of incubators in the market. All incubators for poultry eggs can be used to incubate quail eggs, but the egg bearing distance of the egg tray needs to be changed to 2.6 cm.
