What impact does Indian social culture have on the economy?

India is a country greatly influenced by religion. Everyone is a believer, Hindu, Buddhist, Jain or Muslim. Culture in a broad sense naturally includes religion. However, due to the people's pursuit of faith, they are very open-minded politically, that is, in the struggle for power. Their concern for individuals far exceeds their concern for the country. Although it is a cheap labor market like China, India's high-end technology field is above that of China. Of course, generally speaking, India is too constrained by traditional culture to compete with China.
