Modern society advocates democracy and the rule of law in parallel, the law also exists in the legitimacy of the problem, the law must reflect the requirements of social justice, must be recognized by the people, and must comply with the requirements of the right to law in social life, which is the most fundamental distinction between the law and the law of the times.
