Seasoning: water, oil, salt, sugar, pepper, onion oil, ginger, onion, star anise, fragrant leaves and hawthorn.

step

1. Handling side dishes

Beef brisket: cut into pieces (don't cut it too small, you may not find it when cooking)

Tomatoes: Cross-topped, put into the pot, pour boiling water and soak for 5 minutes, and the skin will be easily removed.

Cut tomatoes: 3 diced, 1 diced.

Onion: Dice.

2. Beef brisket in water

Blanch the cut beef brisket in cold water, add ginger slices, green onions and old wine to remove the fishy smell, blanch, remove and wash with warm water.

Squeezed brisket

Pour into the pressure cooker and add boiling water until the meat is cooked. Press for 25 minutes. When the lid can be opened, separate the meat from the soup.

Fried tomatoes

Heat oil in a pan, pour chopped green onion, 1 fragrant leaf, 1 star anise, a little ginger and onion, stir-fry diced tomatoes, stir-fry juice, then pour the original sirloin soup to boil, and filter the residue for later use.
