Taiji Thirteen Stances, also known as the Thirteen Stances of Long Fist, are the basic eight ways of fighting and five kinds of footwork in Taijiquan. It covers the "fist", "hand, eye, body, step" and "heart" of Taijiquan.

Thirteen Taijiquan postures:

Wudang Taiji Thirteen Forms
