(1) Proposition
1. The printing of propositions, test papers and answer sheets is organized by the Education Examinations Institute of the autonomous region. The proposition is carried out in strict accordance with the curriculum standards and textbooks in the compulsory education stage.
2. Pay attention to the examination of students' ideals and beliefs, patriotism, moral cultivation, knowledge, fighting spirit and comprehensive quality, actively cultivate and practice socialist core values, carry forward China's excellent traditional culture, revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture, guide students to establish correct views on the country, nationality, history, culture and religion, and promote the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor.
3. Pay attention to the examination of basic knowledge and skills, and examine the thinking process, innovative consciousness and the ability to analyze and solve problems; According to the characteristics of different disciplines, the structure of test questions should be set reasonably, the proportion of mechanical memory test questions and objective test questions should be reduced, the proportion of exploratory, open and comprehensive test questions should be improved, and interdisciplinary propositions should be actively explored; Broaden the selection range of test materials, enrich the types of materials, ensure the authority of materials, and put an end to political and scientific errors; Fully consider the study and life reality of urban and rural students, enhance the authenticity, typicality and appropriateness of situation creation, and improve the level of situation design of test questions; Standardize the language of test questions to prevent errors and ambiguities. (II) Examination Organization
1. Take the prefecture (city) as the unit to set up the examination area, and set up the examination area committee, with the prefecture (city) administrative office (people's government) in charge as the director of the examination area, the main leaders of the education administrative department as the deputy director, and the heads of public security, confidentiality, health and other departments as members. The examination work implements the responsibility system and accountability system for the director of the examination area. The test area committee is responsible for leading, organizing and managing the implementation of the test in this test area and handling the major problems in this test area during the test period. According to the actual situation, a number of test sites can be set up in the test area, and the test sites should be located at the location of the prefecture (city) administrative office (people's government) or the county (district) people's government, which is conducive to the candidates' taking the test and the organization and management of the test. If it is necessary to add test sites due to special circumstances, it must be approved by the Autonomous Region Admissions Office. The examination work is organized and implemented by the local (city) Education Bureau and the Siger Office.
2. To make full use of standardized test sites (examination rooms) to organize examinations, each test site must be arranged in accordance with the requirements of single person and single table, and each examination room should have no more than 3 people. The examination room should be safe, quiet, hygienic, ventilated and well-lit, with neat tables and chairs, and there should be no other articles and handwriting that may affect the examination except necessary articles and writing on the blackboard. The specific examination work shall be carried out in accordance with the Provisions on the Examination Work of Tibet Junior Middle School Class (School) Enrollment in Xizang Autonomous Region Mainland (Tibetan Education Examination [219] No.12).
