1. Yuanbao-shaped wrapping method: after the dumpling skin is filled with stuffing, it is folded in half into a semicircle. Pinch from the middle first, then pinch the left hand from the left edge to the middle, and pinch the right hand from the right edge to the middle. After the two halves of jiaozi are completely closed, the edge is pinched and bent into an ingot shape.

2. Willow-shaped wrapping method: put the stuffing into the dumpling skin, pinch it with your right index finger and thumb, fold the dumpling skin in half, then fold one side inward by about 1-2 cm with your left thumb and index finger, and then fold it inward by 1-2 cm after pinching, then repeatedly pinch it to the other side, and finally pinch the tail slightly upward until it looks like a willow leaf.

3. Moonbud-shaped wrapping method: put the stuffing into the dumpling skin, pinch it with your right index finger and thumb, fold the dumpling skin in half, then pinch the left corner with your left index finger, gently push the skin inward with your left index finger, fold the skin in half with your left index finger, pinch the crease tightly with your thumb, repeat the above steps until the right edge of the dumpling skin, and pinch the seals at both ends firmly.
