Basic characteristics of political management

Political management mainly has the following five basic characteristics: ① It is the management of the minority to the majority, the subject of management is the government, and the masses are the objects of management. ② It is mainly a kind of behavior management. The object of management is people's political behavior, including people's political thoughts, attitudes, speeches and activities. At the same time, it also attaches importance to the management of the social environment that affects people's political behavior. The scope of its management is people's public political life, and all human behaviors that have not entered public political life are not within the scope of political management. ③ It is a top-down power operation process. (4) It is the function of the government and has great authority. The basic problem it wants to solve is the relationship between the government and the people. This basic problem runs through all fields and the whole process of political management.
