During the Chinese New Year, sauerkraut, fat meat and blood sausage are all stewed in a big pot, which is what people often say. On New Year's Eve, you must eat jiaozi and wrap coins or peanuts and nuts in jiaozi. Whoever eats this kind of jiaozi indicates that there are many blessings in the new year.
Northeast China refers to the region composed of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces and Inner Mongolia Dongsi League, referred to as Northeast China. Northeast China, called Yingzhou, Liaodong and Guanwai in ancient times, is the floorboard of the land in northeast China. (and Northeast China are two different concepts), which are three provincial administrative regions in Northeast China. The three northeastern provinces are divided into Liaoning Province, Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province.
