Takeuchi Yuko plays the character of Catalina Ieong, who died at age 28, but had traveled back in time to her 29th year when she was 20 years old, lived with her family for a while and then traveled away again at the end of the rainy season, so before she died she made a promise to her husband and her son that she would come back in the rainy season the following year.
