What does Chaozhou anti-flag mean?
It means to pray for good weather, peace and prosperity in the coming year and a better life in the future
The ceremony of carrying the flag is that two people or one person carries a rectangular flag. Both sides of the flag are embroidered with Chaozhou embroidery unique to Chaoshan, and some exquisite blessing words and patterns are usually embroidered on the flag surface.
The Chaoshan people who raise the flag are called raising the flag, which is one of the literary parades in traditional folk activities such as camping for their elders or offering sacrifices to their ancestors in the first month of each year in Chaoshan area.
