How to arrange seats for the meeting?

When the number of leaders is even, 1 leader and No.2 leader are in the center, 1 leader is on the right side of the central seat, and No.2 leader is on the left side of 1 leader. Other things are the same as above

When the number of leaders is singular, leader 1 is in the middle, leader 2 is on the left hand side of leader 1, leader 3 is on the right hand side of leader 1, leader 4 is on the left hand side of leader 2, and leader 5 is on the right hand side of leader 3.

Basic rules of seating arrangement

(2) The center is the top (the center is higher than both sides);

Classification of meeting seating arrangements

1, free seat selection. The basic practice is that all participants are completely free to choose their seats, and no fixed specific seats are arranged.

2. Side-by-side seats. It usually takes the seat facing the main entrance of the conference room as the chairman of the meeting, and other participants can sit on both sides from left to right in turn.

3. Set the seat according to the scene. The specific position of the chairman of the meeting does not have to face the main entrance of the meeting room, but depends on the main scenery in the meeting room, such as calligraphy and painting, podium and so on. The seats of other participants are slightly the same as the former.
