5. The book of optical design and applied optics is repetitive in terms of lenses and aberrations. It is suggested to look at applied optics first, because it is more detailed and thorough, and the optical design is over.

6. Optical design is for practical application, and its physical essence is not explained in depth or at all. To truly understand the physical connotation, we should read books on physical optics.
