What's the difference between China and westerners' understanding of the country?

Influenced by traditional Confucianism, the people of China have a feeling of belonging to the whole country, which means that their support for the country is obvious and they are willing to contribute to the country's strength, while foreign countries are more of a formal political alliance. They think more about personal interests. When personal interests are met, they think about what the country can get. There is no denying that every country has some people who really have feelings and thoughts about the country, but there are more such people in China than in the West.
