Working procedure:

Vibrating requirements: the free-falling height of concrete falling from the material mouth shall not exceed 2m, and measures must be taken if it exceeds 2m. Column pouring: Before column pouring, the bottom shall be filled with semi-stone concrete with the same thickness as the concrete mixture ratio of 5 to 10cm, and the column concrete shall be vibrated in layers. When using the internal vibrator, the thickness of each layer shall not be greater than 50cm, and the vibrating rod shall not touch the steel bar and embedded parts. Beam and slab pouring: The beam and slab of ribbed floor slab should be poured at the same time, and the pouring method should start from one end and adopt grouting method. Stair pouring: concrete in the stair section is poured from bottom to top.
