Several problems that should be paid attention to in rural self-built houses

Rural housing security is related to people's life and property safety and vital interests. It is very important for farmers to improve their awareness of building safety and prevent rural housing accidents to publicize the common sense of building safety in rural areas and strengthen the popular science education on site selection safety, structural safety, construction safety and use safety.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has compiled a picture of "Common Sense of Safety in Rural Self-built Houses", and simultaneously released the "Description of Common Sense of Safety in Rural Self-built Houses" (text part), which provides safety tips for rural self-built houses from nine aspects, such as site selection, house layout, foundation, wall masonry and construction safety, for local publicity work.
