Class I: Gantry Wire Rope Traction Villa Elevator Since the advent of the electric drive elevator in 1889, the wire rope traction elevator has experienced the development course of 130 years, and its technology is mature and stable. The main engine generally adopts permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine and is equipped with an integrated elevator control system driven by VVVF to ensure the safety and stability of the elevator. The car system with gantry structure integrates the elevator suspension point, elevator gravity center and guide rail center, and is equipped with a double-layer car bottom with damping system, which makes the elevator run with excellent comfort. The rated power rate of 400kg villa elevator equipment is only about 1kW, and the actual power consumption of a villa elevator is equivalent to a TV set. This series of elevators are the mainstream products in the villa elevator market at present, accounting for about two-thirds of the market share, and are the first choice products for villa elevators.

Type II: Steel Belt Traction Villa Elevator In 2000, Otis Elevator announced the launch of Gen elevator system. For the first time, flat steel belt technology is used to lift elevator car instead of steel cable. Later, Schindler and other companies also launched their own steel belt products. However, due to the problem of patent protection, domestic steel belt structures have only been introduced to the market in the past two years. Because this structure has certain advantages in the hoistway space, such as the same hoistway width, the steel belt structure can increase the car width by 5 ~ 10cm compared with the steel wire rope structure, but compared with the traditional steel wire rope technology, the maturity is slightly lower, the installation requirements are higher, the equipment cost is slightly higher and the maintenance cost is relatively higher. With the continuous maturity of its product technology, this series of products will have broad development space in the future.
