The practice of lotus root with meat?
The practice of stir-frying lotus root with meat;
1. Wash the meat and chop it into minced meat. Add salt, chopped green onion and yellow wine and stir well.
2. Peel the lotus root slices, cut them with a knife and stuff the meat in the middle.
3. Take eggs, flour, water and salt and stir them into batter.
4. Wrap the lotus root clip with a layer of paste.
5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the lotus root clip and stir-fry.
6. Continue frying while frying until both sides are golden.
Fried lotus root clip is a local traditional snack in Hubei, belonging to Hubei cuisine. It's not uncommon, but not many people ate it in their early years.
