Is the baking workshop the same as the brewing workshop?
A wine baking workshop is different from a brewing workshop. Baked wine refers to the wine made by steaming fermented grains or other substances in a wine jar. Of course, there must be cooking skills, but the wine yield depends on the water consumption and time for drying and discharging sand, as well as the cooling of the cold hall door and the thickness of distiller's grains. Brewing refers to the process of mixing wine with steamed grain and collecting it in a container for fermentation.
Baking technology
After the fermented distiller's grains come out of the cellar, the prepared distiller's grains are scattered. If the distiller's grains are served directly on the table without breaking without mastering the baking technology, it will affect the yield of wine, and may also cause a good distiller's grains not to produce a drop of wine after soaking, which is completely wasted. Workers need to have a certain technical content, whether it is air pressure or distiller's grains, as well as the concentration and temperature of blended wine.
