What is the road to agricultural modernization in China?

The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China's "weak agricultural foundation and backward rural development have not changed", so we must proceed from this reality and take the road of agricultural modernization with China characteristics. The road of agricultural modernization in China is by no means copying the large-scale and large-scale farm model in Europe and America. The general ideas and measures mainly include: arming agriculture with modern material conditions, transforming agriculture with modern science and technology, upgrading agriculture with modern industrial system, promoting agriculture with modern management forms, leading agriculture with modern development concepts, developing agriculture by cultivating new farmers, improving the level of agricultural water conservancy, mechanization and informatization, improving land output rate, resource utilization rate and agricultural labor productivity, and improving agricultural quality, efficiency and competitiveness.
