White tea features:

White tea belongs to micro-fermented tea and is one of the six famous teas in China.

The technology of white tea:

White tea is not fried or kneaded, and the two main processes are withering and drying. White tea is mainly divided into Fuding white tea and Yunnan white tea.

Fuding white tea: It is mainly added with gentle kneading in the traditional process to make the tea taste better.

Yunnan White Tea: The main process is sun-drying. The advantage of sun-drying green tea is that the taste keeps the original fragrance of tea.

Brewing of white tea:

Ordinary Bai Mudan, Gongmei and Shoumei: They can be brewed with boiling water, or even boiled after soaking, with unique taste.
