Freight forwarder, literally, is the abbreviation of freight forwarder and international freight forwarder. Judging from the work content, it is to accept the entrustment of customers to complete a certain link or related link of cargo transportation. All the work involved in this aspect can be done directly or indirectly by finding a freight forwarder to save money. There are also overseas agents, depending on the goods. Freight forwarder refers to the general name of all kinds of transportation services provided by the circulation field specifically for cargo transportation demand and capacity providers. Units applying for international freight forwarding business shall submit the following documents:

1. application, including the name of the investor, the description of the qualification to be applied for and the business project to be applied for;

2 feasibility study report, including basic information, qualification description, existing conditions, market analysis, business forecast, establishment plan, economic budget and development budget, etc.

3. The investor's business license as an enterprise legal person (copy);

4. Resolutions of the board of directors, shareholders' meeting or shareholders' meeting;

5. Articles of Association (or draft);

6, the main business personnel (including education, major, business resume, qualification certificate);

7. Credit certificate (capital verification report of each investor issued by an accounting firm);

8. Investor contribution agreement;

9. Resume of the legal representative;

10, international freight forwarder bill of lading (waybill) style;

1 1, enterprise name pre-approval letter (copy, issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce);

Except for item 3, 1 1, all the above documents must be submitted in original and stamped with official seal.

Imported?

(1) Confirm whether the product meets the import requirements;

(2) Receiving and reviewing all documents related to transportation;

(3) Pick up the goods and pay the freight;

(4) Arrange customs declaration and pay taxes and other fees;

(5) Arrange storage during transportation;

(6) Deliver the goods after customs clearance to the consignee;

(7) Assist the consignee to store or distribute the goods.
